Stock that is not being found

A few days ago, I viewed a video from Mat Hayward about keywording. Thanks Mat!

He made the statement that he does not do the tedious work of editing keywords and titles on previously submitted photos.

I took the time and effort to see if this is an option for me.

I choose a photo which I believe has potential however, has never been sold.

I searched for the photo, but I was never able to retrieve it from the Adobe Stock search algorythm. Over 100 pages of photos were returned.

After several attempts of correcting the title and keywords, I managed to get my photo displayed in position #1 while searching for what I believe to be 8 relevant keywords.

My suggestion (tip) is: search for your photo with what you believe to be relevant keywords. If your photo is not found, adjust the title and keywords. You may have to wait a day for servers to be updated. Be patient, but make your winning photos searchable.

I think keywording is as much an art as photography.  Well done!!

Well done ! I have definitely gone back to older photos to update the keywords, as I've learned more about the process. Experienced Buyers have a lingo that they use to whittle down the images that are displayed. "Isolated" is one of those words.
