Stuck Files in Review Queue for Over 6 Months

I’ve noticed that some of my submissions have been stuck in the review queue for more than six months without any updates. I’ve tried reaching out to support, but I only receive automated responses without a resolution.

You will receive no reply from an Adobe rep here, and, as you've learned reaching out to Contributor Support results in a canned response. I had some images that waited for a year before they were reviewed. The standard suggestion here is to delete and resubmit them and hope they catch the attention of the Moderators. What I do is open a second browser tab with my Contributor account open, so that I can re-upload the asset, then copy and paste my titles and keywords to the new submission before deleting the previous submission.
