Submit Button at times is Grayed out

I'm trying to figure out why during uploads certain times the Submit button is grayed out.

For example. I had 25 images to upload. Out of those 25, 19 uploaded with no problem, but 6 of the images I could not upload because the Submit button was grayed out.

I double-checked, and all boxes were checked, the title, keywords, category, etc  were all filled in. So I'm banging my head against the wall trying to figure out why the Submit button is greyed out.

Thanks for any help.

I believe the grayed out button means that you have reached the maximum allowable assets under review on your account. Adobe implemented a max limit several months ago to throttle the massive number of AI images being submitted for review. You won't be able to submit more until some are reviewed.

I found a solution:
select all, then in the panel on the right, dissable and enable these two checkmarks. it would reset the pictures and they will become uploadable.

This is very very disgrace that other platforms accepts numorous even some are unlimited but why adobe just take the files in a very lowest number. Again adobe takes the maximum time to review and accept files than all other platforms. 🙄🙄

These two facts are correlated:

1. Adobe implemented over a year ago submission limits on accounts to prevent mass uploading of poor quality assets; however, those limits are gradually to as many as 3,000 submissions. We continue to hear of Contributors uploading 3,000 images at a time.

2. The queue of images waiting for review has grown huge, causing many of us to wait 2-3 months or longer for our assets to be reviewed.

I believe that if Adobe reduced the number of assets that a Contributor could submit at any one time, they would improve both the quality and the review time.
