Sucessesful upload of >300 videos in 2019 but I received no redeem code

Hello,

at first, a happy new year @LL! 

Until early in decembre 2019 I reached the mark of uploading 300+ videos, but I'm still waiting for a redeem code. I've time until the 4th of february, then my current Adobe abonnement expires. Therefore I want to inquire quietly when I'll receive the redeem code.

Check your spam folder, I found mine there by accident (it had been sent 3 weeks after I completed the 300 upload treshold). 

And as far as I saw almost everyone had them in their spam folders.

Thanks, I read about it too, but in my Spam folder, there isn't a code :-/.

My email bonus was it in spam folder too.

The code takes some time to arrive. It takes 6-8 weeks, so Adobe is still in its timeframe.

If you need to renew your subscription, you can do so. The paid subscription will pause during your free period and start where it left off after. So no harm done...

Hmm yes, is this case; but I fulfilled the photo and video-upload conditions for the "small photo abo" early in Octobre, but received no code, too.

Now it's fine. I got a separate e-mail with the redeem code after my request at the link shown above. (to watch the spam folder was not necessary).
