Sushovan: Image rejected due to quality issue

Please let me know what went wrong in the attached image for it to get rejected here showing a Quality Issue.

Nice panorama, but there are some errors with that one:

The histogram shows missing whites:

the clouds look not natural, because of the strong denoising.

There is a strong noise level in the mountains:

The mountain tops look like cutout, the mountain structure does not have the same sharpness. This looks edited.

(Red arrow: sharp border, yellow arrow: soft border)

…and this part of a plant could be edited out:

ABAMBO | Hard- and Software Engineer | Photographer
