hello everyone. can I know what the technicall issue in my picture? and what I need to do for my picture to be accepted?

You posted here a low-resolution picture, but even so, I think that I can see chromatic aberration, noise and a greenish shadow, which is very unpleasant. In addition, it is very tightly cropped, as said by @RALPH_L. That will make it quite impossible to use, if you do not have an exact need for such a ratio. Whatever this is, it doesn't make me feel hungry…

IMO, overhead shots of food are not as pleasing to viewers as eye level shots. Also color is very important in food photography.

    I honestly think that it was refused for being cropped too tightly.
