Hello,

 

The lens flare created by the street lighting is not good. It is also burnt out - the corner is a muddy white. Rather underexposed as well. The composition isn't good. It's rather a snapshot that you took. Did you just want to show the colourful sky?

It looks like it was taken with a smartphone - so the in-camera processing has also created artifacts like this:

The sky is 'speckled'.

When I zoomed in at 100% I noticed quite a bit of noise, some chromatic abberations, and some pixelation/lack of details.  The street lights created some light flaring and haze.  The exposure seems off to me, with some underexposed shadows and overexposed highlights.  This is a pretty tough photo to get right from a technical standpoint with the mixed lighting conditions at dusk.

 

It's always around 100% zoom that technical flaws really show themselves.
