not sure what the technical problem is, could you help me, guys?

to add to that you need a release from the guy in the top photo and the bottom one has dirt \ water marks about half way up the right hoz

The images look like they have been extremely blurred. The details are missing. Do you also have your logo on the uploaded pictures? That shouldn't be in the pictures.
