Technical problems ???

Hi, can anyone please write me what could be the reasons for rejecting this photo?

As pointed out, Adobe gave you a reason for the rejection which is probably "technical issues" as there are many with this picture, mainly because of excessive processing. Phone cameras often do that to give a pleasant picture on the small, but very brilliant phone screens. But as soon as you look into the details (at 100% and 200% of magnification), you will see multiple issues, like missing detail, fringing, artefacts etc.

100%: Check the sharpness and detail. Your picture is missing detail because of excessive post-processing.

200%: Look for artefacts. Most of them are visible at 100%, but at 200% you don't need to do an effort to see them. Don't try to assess the sharpness at 200%, your picture will look out of focus at 200%, but that is OK. Excessive sharpening leads to the colour fringing that @RALPH_L points out. It's visible at 200% without any effort.

I sometimes go to 300%, but that is rarely necessary. I, however, never do in betweens, as the computer cannot easily magnify the image correctly if the magnification is not an entire multiplicate. 100% is one pixel in the image is one pixel on screen. 200% is one pixel in the image is 4 pixels on screen, 300% is then 9 pixels on screen.

Incorrect parameters here get your image refused during the upload. If you can submit to the moderators, these basic parameters are correct.

Technical issues:

As for the image colour temperature, it is true that it is warm, but if it is off, it is not far from the ideal value.

As soon as you have a water line, you need to level your picture according to this line, as the water is always at level. Your phone's software made some errors with the noise reduction which eats detail, where detail should be:

The colours are a little oversaturated and the shadows require a push to get more detail with the boats.

In addition to the technical issues pointed out, you have also IP issues, as there are logos and sip identifiers that require to be photoshopped out. No need, however, to do so with this picture, as anyhow the some technical issues are not correctable.

Do you see what I see? By the way, your horizon is not level.

You were given a reason, possibly "technical issues".

It is not level and has some color noise, particularly in the water. I also think it's a bit too warm.

As indicated on the Adobe Stock contributors' website, minimum 4 megapixels (max. 100 megapixels) and max 45 MB files.
