My Adobe Contributor account was unexpectedly disabled without any apparent reason. I have thoroughly reviewed their guidelines and am confident that I have not violated any of them. On the day my account was disabled, I had to received my funds (I believe it was the 10th business day), which I was due to receive. Despite having sent an email to address this issue, I have yet to receive a response. I am seeking advice on how to proceed in order to have my account reinstated and to successfully withdraw the funds owed to me.
You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we can do nothing to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response, which you appear to have done. It will most likely be awhile to hear from them outside of a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk mail if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so only slows down Adobe's investigation.

We can't be of much help, as we are contributors like yourself. At some point, you should receive a case number.

There is nothing that we can do in this situation, but yes, you can be worried. Check back what offense you could have done.

You need first to resolve the blocking issue. You need to wait, and you will probably miss out this oportunity for the year. If you get reinstated, you can participate next year.

If your account has been deactivated you are not eligible to submit any assets for the free collection.

But my account was deactivated long before I submitted the nomination. So why did the file get selected even after deactivation?

By @Silhouette Market
No, you just got informed that some assets are eligible for nomination. You did not yet nominate any. And you won't be able to do that for as long as your account is blocked.
The message only means 2 things:

My account was deactivated on August 2nd and the nomination email came on August 18th. And it was a Vector Art account.

You're story is not making sense at all, and you seem to be leaving key details out.
-The point was already made to you that a deactivated account simply can't access or do anything, much less get invitet to submit.
-you say you had 503 assets approved, the average accaptance rate is under 10% so how many assets did you submit?
-one more thing makes me suspicious... To have 503 files assets here, you are not "New Here"
which makes any thinking person wonder if you have such great material to be accepted, why is it your status here is "New"
Look, I am not making any accusations here. But I have a bit more tolerance with "dream killers" who give no real feedback or work, than I do with people that come here with an agenda that in the very least, contaminates the air everyone is reading.
Either be 100% transparent telling the entire story, bc right now you don't have any of my sympathy at all, and my tolerance like I said on a short leash!

I also understood everything. And they suspected that I changed my payment method and deactivated my account. After I told them everything, they will return my account. I have been working on so many files for so long. Why are they not returning my account? This is sad for me.

Adobe likely detected suspicious account activity.
1) Unusual sales or refunds.
2) Protected Brand Names in keywords/descriptions.
3) Content spamming.
4) Complaints / 'Take Down Notices' from 3rd parties.
5) Other Violation of Stock Contributor Terms. See below.

Then you had probably more than a few duplicates. Adobe answers the requests, but very often contributors are not convinced that the answer is the answer.
Why do you think that you are not allowed to contact them?

Message:
Hello Adobe Team,
I’m writing to kindly ask for an update regarding my contributor account, which has been blocked due to a violation related to Generative AI content.
I submitted a support request and received case number 00399506, but I haven’t received any response yet. It’s been several days, and I’m really hoping for a second chance to correct any mistakes.
This is my first violation, and I truly want to continue contributing responsibly and in compliance with all Adobe Stock guidelines.
I’ve taken time to review the contributor terms and AI content requirements and I’m ready to follow them strictly moving forward.
Please let me know if there’s any additional information I can provide.
Thank you very much for your time and understanding.
Sincerely,
Danica
