Terminated/Deactivated Contributor Accounts [MERGED by Moderator]

My Adobe Contributor account was unexpectedly disabled without any apparent reason. I have thoroughly reviewed their guidelines and am confident that I have not violated any of them. On the day my account was disabled, I had to received my funds (I believe it was the 10th business day), which I was due to receive. Despite having sent an email to address this issue, I have yet to receive a response. I am seeking advice on how to proceed in order to have my account reinstated and to successfully withdraw the funds owed to me.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we can do nothing to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response, which you appear to have done. It will most likely be awhile to hear from them outside of a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk mail if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so only slows down Adobe's investigation.

I finally got a new email yesterday. It's probably still under review.

Maybe this is the problem why it takes to long according to chatgpt. That reviewing and maybe also deactivating accounts

Thats a lot of work. Fck, if you make 1000 dollars, they get 2000.  So they also loose money. Hopefully you are not exclusive to adobe. Should never be exclusive to one agent. So now. How many other people have deactivad accounts. And how money does adobe loose with all deactivated accounts. There are multipe of these threads and the some have been blocked  So maybe it is a lot of people

13 days is a short time of waiting. Wait 6 weeks, before sending a friendly reminder. And the message says, that they did send you an e-mail. Read that carefully. That includes probably the blocking reason.

 

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

It can take a while, depending on how many other deactivations Adobe is in investigation. Also, keep an eye on your junk folder.

I must say, though, your situation is very unusual, to have images nominated for the free program only to have your account deactivated. I don't think we've come across such a situation before. Clearly, two different Adobe departments are at work here.
