It's not possible to detect whether it's in focus or whether noise is present from this tiny thumbnail, but the messy composition and underexposed shadows are evident.

Completely out of focus:

The focus is on the plant leaves!

 

And why is this area in shadow?

The histogram shows an underexposed picture:
