It's possible using in adobe stock the tilt shift tecnique? I've try but my files was refused. The curator say me that the photo is not focused..

did you say anywhere that you had applied a tilt-shift filter?

I suggest you add tilt-shift as a keyword and, in the description, explicitly say "with a tilt-shift filter applied."

However, in comparison to other stock sites, Adobe Stock seems to tolerate filters far less than other agencies so this may still not work.
