Time of checking

Hi all! Is it normal that my artworks have not been checked for 5 days yet? What maximum time can be needed for checking and how long I have to wait?

Mine are usually accepted or rejected within 48 hours; however occasionally I've had to wait as long as a week...

Hi @Alex Korolchuk ,

The normal time is within 5 working days. However, sometimes it exceeds that time. At this time of the year, if it exceeds seven working days (week-ends not counted) it might be a reason for concern, in which case you reach out to Adobe using the contact us at the bottom of your contributor page.

I've also seen more than usual waiting times on some of my pictures, probably because the moderator who was assigned to moderate the pictures asked the supervisor for guidance. This, however, is my speculation why pictures submitted the same day get a reaction days apart.
