I think you'll get a lot more engagement on this topic in the Adobe Discord Stock Contributors channel. We don't see a lot of AI Contributors participating here in this forum, other than to question how long it takes for their assets to be reviewed. If you're not already a member of the Discord community, you can sign up at the link at the bottom of this page.

Hi,

besides what was written so far... it is always good to prepare Images in Advance. For Example every year there are 4 seasons and several Holidays such as Easter, etc. So you can prepare new Material every year that is different from the last year. Hope that helps also.

The best tip for any asser, selling on stock: produce assets that people want. And produce them in high quality. As for AI: the market for six finger, three hands Santa Clauses and weird Easter Bunnies is saturated.

There's no secret to being successful at Stock.  If your work is good & customers see it & want it, they will buy it.  If not, they won't.

Please carefully read the AI submission requirements below.

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/generative-ai-content.html

I think the biggest mistake contributors make is submitting low-res diffusions that contain blatant errors:  poor lighting, geometry that doesn't make sense, five legged horses, humans with two right hands & botched facial features.  BTW these are real examples.  AI is notoriously bad at details.

Contributors who lack artistic training and don't know how to identify & fix AI errors in post-editing are probably wasting their time.  Although the asset might squeak through a review, that doesn't mean customers will buy it. 😉

For best results,

  • Carefully examine artwork  at 100  - 300% magnification.  Fix all errors if you can or discard the image.
  • Focus on quality vs quantity.
  • Pay attention to what other Stock Contributors are doing. Compare your work with current Stock inventory.  If it's not as good or better than what Stock has, don't submit it.
  • Submit appropriate release forms (see links below).
Real people = Model Release signed by the human it is based on.
Fake people = Property release signed by you as the AI creator.
  • Wait patiently.  Review could take 1 - 3 months due to the backlog of AI.

Hope that helps. Good luck.
