Hello! My Contributor account shows that a payment was sent to my PayPal, but I haven’t received it and see no transaction in PayPal.

Use the Contact Us Link at the bottom of your Contributor page to request assistance from Adobe Stock Contributor Support. One of the drop down menu selections on that form relates to payment issues.

Hello,

My Contributor account shows that a payment was sent to my PayPal account. However, I have not received the funds, and there is no record of the transaction in my PayPal activity.

I live in Ukraine and heard that PayPal may have restrictions on receiving commercial payments here. Could someone please help me understand:

Has Adobe actually sent the payment successfully?

Is there a way to check the transaction ID or payment status?

Hi!

You can only use Payoneer in Ukraine. Right now, the only thing you can do is wait for the money to be refunded — it might take several days. (I'm from Ukraine too.)
