Unable to download free stock

When I try to download the FREE starter templates within Indesign and Illustrator I get the error message " Purchasing Error, sorry something went wrong while trying to license the template. Please try again" as shown on screenshot below. Is there a solution anyone can recommend?

Hi BD,

Thank you for reporting this issue. Can you please check the following?

  1. Verify that you have no pending updates for your Creative Cloud applications
  2. Reboot your system
  3. Locate the  one of the following directories on your system and delete it:
    • Mac: /Users/{yourusername}/Library/Caches/Adobe/CCX Welcome/stock
    • Win: C:\Users\{yourusername}\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CCX Welcome\stock

Then try to download the file again. Please let me know whether or not this resolves your issue.

Can it be I dont have Apppdata?
