I am a Japanese contributor of Adobe Stock.

I am having an issue that I am not able to upload some SVG files to Adobe Stock.

I would like to find out the root cause if anyone knows.

I have not encountered this issue before so this is the first time.

The files are 3. One of them is able to be uploaded, but the other 2 are not.

<Success file>

file name: casinoCardJoker01.svg

data size: 271KB

size: 4800 x 3600 pixel

resolution: 72 dpi

<Failed file 1>

file name: casinoCardSet01.svg

data size: 4.7MB

size: 6800 x 3200 pixel

resolution: 72 dpi

<Failed file 2>

file name: casinoPictureCardSet01.svg

data size: 4.4MB

size: 4000 x 4000 pixel

resolution: 72 dpi

The obvious difference between the success file and the failed ones is data size but we are allowed up to 45MB. In addition, the sizes of the failed files are over 15MP.

The reproducing steps are below, attaching the screen shots.

1. I drag and drop the SVG files.

2. I wait for the uploading.

3. A red bar shows up and it says that uploading error occurred on one of the files .

4. The red bar says that uploading error occurred on 2 of the files. Then, I click "原因を調べる(Translation: investigate the cause)."

5. A dialog shows up and it says that 2 files were not able to be uploaded.

Sorry, the language in the Adobe Stock site is almost Japanese.

Thank you,

It looks like we're detecting the SVG failures as the file size is too big, possibly try comparing the format and way you saved the successful SVG with the two failing SVG's.

Hi Contributor1,

Thanks for your advice.
I will try to reduce the data size of the failed files.
