Unblocked account

Hi,

I got yeasterday a message from contributor.support that my account is unblocked ,but i still have the same message like before that my account is blocked. 

They told me that I have 7 days for deliting a file that dosent have a proper property release. 

It passed already 2 days and I can't do anything .

Dose someone know how long it takes for the account to be unblocked after the decision?

    Due to the time sensitive nature of the task, I would write back to Contributor Support for additional support.

     

    Perhaps clearing the cookies and cache of your browser would help?
