Uploaded and approved image not showing in search

Hello.

I uploaded two images to Adobe Stock last December. Both confirmed but not appearing. I did title and keyword based searches. I still couldn't see it. what could be the problem?

Where are you located? Some regions don't show all the pictures.

Btw: check your keywords, it's not a vector image, and it looks like an AI generated image. If that is the case, you will need to follow the rules for AI generated assets.

I'm live in Türkiye. Mr. Ralp Lear was seeing my pictures. I guess I can't see it because of the location. I think there should be no localization for Adobe Stock Contributor members. I think the developers can find a solution to this. Thanks for help.

It's probably not a solution for Adobe. When you go to stock.adobe.com, you are customer and you see what customers from your region see. Turkey is indeed one of the countries, where Adobe limits, what customers can see. (That also was my first guess.)

It could be that there are sooooo many results shown that your images/title/keywords are not considered relevant.

It could also be that they are not shown in the region that you are registered for.

Try searching for the image ID.

Also give us more info. Show us the image, the title, the keywords in the correct order and the image ID.

Thank you for your support. I tried to search by image id but I get a page not found error. I can't view my portfolio either. I live in Türkiye.
