Uploaded images disappear

Community Beginner ,

Hello! I uploaded images to Adobe Stock from my phone, but after editing and clicking 'Submit,' they disappeared from the 'In Review' section and all other sections. I cannot track their status. Please help me resolve this issue.

This doesn't happen for me. I suppose that you are not looking at the correct place.

I checked all possible sections, including 'In Review' and 'Deleted,' but my files are nowhere to be found. I uploaded them from my phone, edited them, and clicked 'Submit,' after which they disappeared. Could you please specify exactly where I should look?

Please view the contributor page on a PC.
Some pages may not display on mobile.
Checking assets at 100% on a larger PC screen is also helpful.

I don't have a PC, I only use my phone. Is there any way to check my assets on mobile?

No. You'll have to use another device, tablet or PC, to access all of the tabs on your Contributor account.

Thank you for the advice! I will try to log in via PC and check if everything is okay. If everything works fine on PC, can I continue uploading images via my smartphone? Or are there any limitations or risks?

I would not suggest using the phone exclusively to create, edit and submit your content. The tiny screen makes it unsuitable for properly evaluating the quality of your images.
