Dear Adobe Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance regarding my Adobe Contributor account, which was blocked approximately five months ago. Despite my efforts to contact support and patiently wait for a resolution, I have not received any communication or guidance on how to resolve this issue.
As a dedicated contributor who has been actively working with Adobe for over a year, this situation has caused significant disruption to my work and income. I have always adhered to Adobe’s guidelines and terms of service, and I am unaware of any actions that might have led to this block.
I kindly request your help to:
Investigate the reason for the block.
Provide clear instructions on how to resolve this issue.
Restore access to my account if possible.
I have already attempted to reach out to support through official channels but have not received a response. I would greatly appreciate it if you could prioritize this matter and provide me with an update as soon as possible.
Please let me know if you require any additional information from my side to expedite the process. I am more than willing to cooperate fully to resolve this situation.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
Best regards,
Koshelev Sergey

You are not addressing the Adobe Stock Support team here in this forum. We are a community of fellow Contributors. There's nothing we can do to expedite the review of your account. Your only option is to use the Contact Us link on your account page. After 5 months, it seems that your account has been permanently suspended.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.
As a side note: You should never publish your e-mail here. Adobe can access that, we do not need that, and the bad guys harvest that.
