vector images - advice please

Hello

I’m  just starting to lean vectors and I’ve prepared 4 simple images of fish  from different perspectives to submit to Adobe Stock.  If anyone with a bit more experience could give me some advice I would be very grateful. I have two questions:

1. Is it better for me to submit all 4 images in one file so they can all be downloaded as a single purchase, or is it best to submit them separately?

1. Is it a good idea to submit the same images again using different colour schemes,  for example having all the fish in shades of blue?
