Vector images are shown white after uploading to account

I have tried the same through Chrome, Edge, Mozilla - no results. The cashes are cleaned, as well. Vector images are shown white after uploading to account for starting to sell. Anyone has faced this issue?

Yes, I'm uploading AI files. The version of created AI file matters?

Read the requirements. The version of Illustrator doesn't matter nearly as much as the manner in which you created the images. For example, no open paths.
