Verdin Photos Rejected Due to Resolution Problem

Hello,

These photos were rejected because of resolution issues. To me, the resolution looks fine. If anyone could provide feedback, it would be much appreciated.

Images must be at least 4Mpx.
The images you have posted to the community are smaller than 4Mpx.

If the file size was too small you wouldn't even have been able to upload them. We're they rejected for for "quality issues"?

They were rejected immediately which I noticed happens sometimes. I'm not sure but I think it said "quality issues". I'll reupload at 4MP and see what happens.

You simply can't upload assets that are less than 4Mpx. That's not a refusal, as it does even not apear in the refusal panel. It's an easy and simple mechanical check, one of the easiest checks that anyone can implement:

Your camera does 20Mpx, so that should not be an issue.
