Video Preview Bug

Does anyone know how to fix the bugy preview. Its a standart HD Video, but it is shown in a very slim and warped way... :((

Adobe Stock! Its an already approved video that is displayed very very weird in customer/search preview.

When clicking on it the video preview is fine. Just the Thumbnail is totally messed up, so probably noone gonna click on it.

Please post the asset ID. 

If I'm correct, Adobe choses the first image of a video as thumbnail.

This is indeed weird. I would file this with contributor support (you need to give the asset ID, as that is the most important indication to check the issue!). You should also ost a link to this thread, so that the agents can check our discussion. (You get the link copied into your paste buffer, by clicking the date of your initial post here).

Actually i am gonna rerender it first, i am pretty sure it will fix it. Its an old video thats probably why. Some encoding thats not supported or smt.

That's a possibility. I loved the video. But you are right, I would probably be sceptical about it looking at the first picture/thumbnail.

Thank you so much! I love watching them too and they are actually very friendly and intelligent animals🙂 Should hopefully be up again in 1-2 days, preview seems to be correct this time.
