Video upload problem

I'm trying to upload a video through Filezilla since yesterday, it shows that the transfer was successfully 
completed but the video does not appear in the tab for new material.

I would be grateful if someone could help me

It takes some time for the video to get processed. If the video needs, however, more than a couple of hours, you may have a different problem.

so i have a different problem
like i said i have been trying for more than 1 day
any tips on what i can do about it? I really want to post this video 😞

I suppose that you tried it twice? I would suggest contacting Adobe contributor support. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)
