Wait times for upload reviews-How is it going for you

I have been waiting for quite a while now on images to be reviewed. I noticed on one of the forums that someone else had a ton of images to be reviewed and,like me, had one image accepted but the rest have not been accepted or denied.

Is the current wait time much longer than 1 month?

4 weeks is probably the average for all asset types. My recent batch of photographs (captured with a real camera) took 19 days. We're regularly hearing reports here of AI images taking 2 months or longer.

have been waiting 2 months. twice someone came in and reviewed 1 single image and the other time 3 images and ignored all the others. so 4 reviewed assets in 2 months now...not great.

Plus, although I have a few AI images the bulk of my content is actually drawn vector assets. I wish they would have a separate review line for true art and generated art but they're lumped together or taged with AI as soon as one image is checked for generative ai.

Vector art is going to a different queue. Indeed, illustrations, photos, video, and vector are all in their own queue, however, it may well be, that Adobe is reshuffling resources to get everyone equal access to moderation.

Here is my personal experience: my assets are all AI generated. The ones I have submitted as illustrations have all been accepted under a month, the other ones I have submitted as photos, despite being submitted before the ones labelled "illustrations", are still waiting to be reviewed.

So I found the moderation process much quicker for illustrations, which are certainly in a different review queue than the photos. Maybe it also depends on your acceptance rate. So far I had 100% acceptance with my AI illustrations (touching wood...) so maybe that's why this is going a bit faster. Also I don't submit many assets (I never reach the max quota).

In the end I am not really sure what factor in. But what is certain is that the code has not been cracked yet, and Adobe moderation times will continue to move in mysterious ways...

There's no second guessing what the logic for reviewing assets is. I submit 100% AI as well and I've had between one and two dozen images accepted daily for the past few weeks if not months. Over the last week, however, it dropped down to between 1 and 4 per day. Maybe the moderators have been told to spread the love and review fewer images per contributor and more time appeasing a greater number of them, even if it means accepting fewer assets per contributor overall. No big deal, I needed time to do some catch up. 🙂

Ahh.Ok thanks. It's just that it said 4 weeks. If it had said 8 weeks, I would have totally understood.

The influx of AI images (so it is said) has been the reason for images taking so long to review. Personally, I believe it is the influx of bad AI assets that are causing the slow down. I believe things will improve over time when people submitting such material realize that selling AI for stock isn't the get-righ-quick side hustle they've been led to believe it is. Meanwhile, I suggest that you not submit a set of images, then wait for them to be reviewed, before submitting again. Submit at least a few images (even if it's only a half dozen or fewer) on a daily basis. I'm probably over-simplifying the process Adobe uses for reviewing images, but if you wait two months for your images to be reviewed before you submit again, you lose your place "in line" as it were, and the two month waiting period starts all over again.

Sure. But refusals should be mostly superfast, as moderators refuse on the first error they see, and a lot of the errors are simply easy to spot. Counting fingers, however, slows the process down.

You don't lose a slot, but common wisdom would be, if the waiting time does not augment, and you submit daily 5 assets, that after 2 months waiting, you will have daily moderations of 5 assets. You use your slot, when you delete and resubmit.
