Hello, my artwork has been waiting for review for almost 20 days, why is it taking so long?

On average, Photos & Vector Graphics are reviewed in 5 - 10 business days.
Generative AI could take 1- 2 months or perhaps longer if you didn't follow AI submission guidelines to the letter.

Mine has been waiting over 2 months and most of it is not AI.

If you have submitted illustrations file type they are in the same queue with AI assets and are subject to the same wait time

    Photos are now taking 3-4 weeks. Generative AI are taking 2-3 months.

    So the question is: will Adobe do something about the waiting time? I think this waiting time is very disadvantageous for many photographers

    What kind of artwork did you submit?

     

    All submissions get moderated in a relative short time, except for illustrations and especially generative AI, where contributors submit hundreds of assets in a row and are simply clogging the moderation queue. You need to wait if those are your assets.

     

    If you submitted classic illustrations, you can thank all the generative AI submitters for the delays. If your art is seasonal for eastern, I fear that they will come too late.

      good afternoon

      as a photografher i am not happy with the 4 weeks waiting, i think its not fair, in general the site is fore normal pictures, and i think they must change it and get back to 5-10 days, Seasonal photos are no longer useful with this waiting period

      Allowing the review period for photographs to lengthen to 3-4 weeks is a business decision by Adobe. They've apparently decided to prioritize getting AI assets into the database, and recently it appears that about half of the new assets being accepted are AI. I hope this isn't a permanent condition. Meanwhile, you can still upload seasonal content- you just have to do it several weeks earlier.
