Hello,
I want to shoot video in public. Do you need a model signature in shots taken from behind people's faces without being seen?

Adobe stock videos have a lot of videos shot on the street. There are crowded areas. I want to get full information.

thanks, best wishes

You submit your assets for review. Someone will look at it and determine if there are problems with the assets. Then it gets approved or refused. Approved items are in the database and open for sales. They still may have issues, however, as the vetting is done by humans, but in most of the cases they are OK. If the individuals do not recognize themselves, there won't be a problem.

You need a model release if the person is recognizable. That's it.

I understand So how is content approved after it's uploaded to Adobe? I
don't think it's recognizable. The human face is not visible in the content
and is taken from the back. Does Adobe pay attention to this before
publishing? If the content is approved and published, that means: no
problem. am I right
