adobe stole all my income and all my vector graphics which will be created by me, and now know one answering me the reason. basicly i want to know are:

Perhaps it would be more useful for you to post your questions in your native language and let us use the built-in translate app to read them. Nevertheless, Adobe does not publicly discuss their policies regarding blocked accounts, nor the results of those investigations. Your account has been blocked either due to suspicious download activity or an IP complaint from someone. They will either unblock your account if the results of their investigation find no fault, or it will remain blocked if they conclude that you have violated their T&C's.

are you able to control the downloads i work for printing press and graphic designer all my client want exculusive content and make all posible varity of it how can i restrict some one to download my stuff i am a vector designer every one want fresh and unique vector designs.if adobe want they can restrict the download why blocking the contributer.

and for answer 3 if i make 1 doller they make 2 and by blocking me they get whole 3 doller.

By blocking you, they don't make any more business with your assets, and if those assets are really of unique design, they will lose potential revenue. They don't block you, if they don't have a good reason.

Let me interpret your last question (5):

You participated in a scheme that boosted your sales. Such a scheme is a clear breach of the terms of your contributor agreement, and Adobe blocks contributors for that. As that is a violation of the terms, you will not be paid out. As that scheme eventually invokes other illegal activity (I'm speculating only) like using stolen credit cards, it may even be a violation of the law. If no stolen credit card is involved, there is no reason to refund. If there is a stolen credit card involved, I do not know what happens, but I suppose that the rightful owner of the credit card gets indemnified somehow.

Let me also say this concerning your point (2): Adobe has means to detect if sales are many rightful sales or are many prohibited sales just to boost your sales and provide you with a high earning. One of that method would be to detect if the many sales come from one address or are scattered all over the world. If a single user buys 500 of your assets in a short time, that will be suspicious. If 500 distinct users buy each one of your assets, that is not suspicious. Do not underestimate the possibilities of activity logging.

If you are a top seller, that will make Adobe happy, and they will have no problem sending you your share of the royalties. If your sales come from fraud, they will close your account. Easy, simple, straightforward.

and lets asume this sitiuation in terms of a graphic designer " where he is not sure which graphic, font, design, style its customer like more. so we create multiple designs with diffrent perspective and to make simetry we make sure the graphic is as near similer as posible." so i cant force downloader to download a specific number during any time, (but adobe can if they want), as we don't know who is downloding the stuff of what purpose, from where, and how. so we really can't limit the download its under adobe rights if they want they can limit the number of downloads,

so that your point 2 seem un fair to as any one can block your top contributer by downloading multiple assets at a short time how can any contributer can trust you.

You should reread your questions. I answered correctly. You can sell really 500 assets a day, but not to a single user. And not if your sales history is 2 assets a week, before this. Statistics are really powerful. If more than one problematic parameter comes together, you (Adobe) have a suspicious case.

No single user will download X (where X is a huge number, not something between 1 and 10) assets from a single contributor, especially if their customer account is new and the download history does not show high activity. You simply won't have that.

I'm a professional designer, and I'm also buying stock assets. It works like this: I download the previews (even many previews, meaning up to 10). I do some design work with those, discuss that with my customer. The customer approves one design, so I licence that asset. So, I licence, if I licence a lot, may be 2 or 3 assets a day. Sometimes more, when there is a series that I need to licence. But rarely, those 2 or 3 assets are from the same contributor.

If you are a big design company, you licence countless assets, but rarely plenty of assets from a single contributor. It simply doesn't happen.

It is not prohibited to promote your Adobe account. That is why you have a public link on your contributor page. This link you may distribute. There are no restrictions on the number of downloads. They may however, be monitored on who is down loading, which photos are downloaded and how quicky they are being downloaded. You will be notified if suspicious activity which might be used to unfairly promote your images in the search results, are suspected. You will also be given a chance to respond to the acusation. The issue will then be reviewed.

As far as I know, you will not be notified of the outcome, your photos are no longer availble for sale, and your earnings will not be paid out. Adobe also has the right to cancel, without reason, your account.

ohk let's think for a minuthow can i find out is there anyting sepecious going on on my profile or not. as adobe can't share the data, i can upload my design and pramote them among a huge number of printing press and my clients, how could i know how they are downloading the graphics. are those under your suspection list or not.

and as you maintioned "Adobe also has the right to cancel, without reason, your account." for information we have rights too and whatever adobe is doing its a fraud under every leagal taretory did adobe iniciate refund to those who downloaded the graphics, "no" adobe prodly reprenting it as income and growth of the company but the truth is 30% from that ammount is the part of contributor which adobe is stole from them. by blocking them for no valid reason.

Read the terms correctly: When you terminate these terms with at least 90 days of prior notice.

When Adobe determines that you have violated the terms, Adobe will block your account immediately and your assets will not be available for sales any more.

if they want to keep it secrate they can but with the secracy they lost the right to block contributors account in terms of highly irregular sales activities. as in their are no publicly posted limits and restriction. they can apply this on any account they want and stole alol their designs and money. which adobe shows as their own income and increse on download as a symbol of company growth, and get high prices on company stocks. on stock market.
