Question

We need a payment method for Turkey that will cause less loss.

Hello,

We can reach the community from here, but I don't know if I can make my voice heard to the authorities. Currently, we can only receive payments from Turkey via Payoneer. As people who earn small amounts, here's the problem. I have just started making money, a small amount of money has accumulated in my stock account. For example, if I wait until the money is 100 dollars, when I withdraw the money via Payoneer, I get a 30 dollar account maintenance fee. Most of my earnings will go towards this fee. Users in Turkey have expressed their problems with Payoneer in various forums. People who earn small amounts are victimized. Paypal left Turkey. There is only one payment method. Payoneer does not pay less than 50 dollars, if I earn 50 dollars and a 30 dollar account management fee is deducted, 20 dollars remain in the account and you cannot withdraw it. I hope there is a payment method with less interruption. Kind regards.

Unfortunately there is  no way to avoid that, except to collect as much money as possible before asking a payout.

I'm sure PayPal and others had good reasons for leaving Turkey that have nothing to do with Adobe.

I am not one of those who caused these reasons. Frankly, I became an ordinary victim. The punishment for those who make wrong decisions also affects ordinary people. But we should not be punished for these reasons. thanks.

Whatever the reason was, you have only two possibilities. Either accept the high fees or stop contributing. There are 3 payement partners available currently: Skrill, PayPal and Payoneer. So, it's not a matter of punishment, but of choice.

That's really unfortunate. I'm sure Adobe is aware of the problem , but it appears that international payment options in Turkey are quite limited.

Adobe employees do not routinely frequent this forum, so it might be best for you to explain the problem using the "contact us" link on your account page. They must know how many Contributors they have in Turkey and how it is affecting them. But there just might not be any other options.

Then let me write this issue to Adobe again via "Contact Us". You are always helpful. Thanks a lot.

Banking regulations are dictated by your government's policies.

As a U.S. business, Adobe has nothing to say about it.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

I didn't know which section of the forums to post it to. Thank you for moving it to the right place.
