What are the Category Numbers for CSV

Hi there,

I'd like to upload a CSV with my keywords etc...but where can I find a list of Category Numbers?

I assume each category is accosted to a number but I can't seem to find a list anywhere so I don't know what number to assign to my video clips. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would me AMAZING!!
