The numbers on the clock are wrong for starts. Plus a mix of arabic and roman.

The idea of generating and creating an image of a clock is not bad, but the execution of the AI leaves much to be desired, especially regarding numbers and letters. Some AI generators are specifically designed for portraits; for object illustrations like this, a specialized AI tailored for such purposes should be used. In the past, I also tried to upload images of clocks, and I realized that they would be rejected from the start because the AI would either get a letter or a number wrong, rendering the image invalid.

As far as I know, the AI cannot piece together those numbers and letters correctly; it places them randomly and out of order, taking a number from one clock and a letter from another, and thus tries to create a new clock. The problem is that it’s not like with portraits, where you can merge multiple images, because here you cannot afford to make mistakes regarding the technical aspects of the clock.

Hi, I only used AI adobe firefly as a concept. Reference .I recreated the
concept from scratch in illustrator app not desktop. My mistake of not
including all the numbers. Just curious what Ai generator is good for
portraits , that you mentioned? Thanks for advice.Dawn

=============

Aragon AI, Picsart, DaVinci, PhotoSonic & Portrait Pal are a few that do head-shots. There are probably others...

Hi @Alaska Dawn 907

Your clock has 11 numbers instead of 12. The roman numbers are mixed up. For example you have 8 at the top instead of 12. The numbers are not correctly arranged geometrically. I believe it would be better having the arabic and roman numerals alternate.

You need to zoom in and take a close look at your drawing. There are numerous errors. The patters are flying off all the balls. This is one example:

The line going in this circle do not appear to be a solid line. Plus, the other section of the patten with the line do not seem to be properly aligned.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

Brilliant idea , Alternating the numbers Roman numerals and English numbers
. I will recreate that for sure. Thank you. I realize now I have to zoom
way in ,enlarge the piece and check for little mistakes , outlines ,etc. I
wonder if recreated images are accepted ?
Thanks for your advice.

All refusals are generic. They won't tell you precisely why they refused your asset, but this asset has different issues.

Gradient shows banding; border is not wanted:

The line is an error:

And even if it is intentional, your clock looks weird and is not correct. Except if you are a very highly known concept artist, you should abstain from such “intentional” errors. Especially, if you contribute to stock.

That's not very nice stating my illustration looks weird. We are supposed
to be civil to one another. The illustration is surreal , supposed to look
surreal, remember Salvador Dali ? How do I get rid of the banding?

Weird...as in strange and unnatural. A perfectly legitimate critique under the circumstances.

The mix of numbers and Roman numerals was intentional, whimsical even. That's the point. But I think the little dots on the balls are fine.
