Hello ,

I tried posting some stock photos with size 1280x768. but they are rejected for quality issues. Is that because of the size or something else in my photos need to be adjusted.

Thanks you

You can't upload them... the minimum size required is 4 mega pixels. https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/photography-illustrations.html

It seems that you haven't yet read the very useful info provided on the Adobe Stock Learn & Support pages. If you take the time to read all of the guidelines, you'll have a much smoother and successful stock journey. The minimum file size requirement is in the Beginners Guide.

Hi @Moustafa355160389773 ,

You should not be able to upload an asset that is undersized. If you get a quality refusal, it means that something other than size is wrong with your file. If you upload to here a copy of one of the submitted files as you submitted it to Adobe, we will be happy to point out what quality issue there is.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

Rejection for quality is typically caused by technical issues.  Poor focus, unnatural white balance, improper lighting, mistakes in rendering, artifacts, noise, bad composition, wavy lines, etc...  In other words, the image you submitted isn't good enough for use in commercial projects.  Read these links for more tips:

If you wish to receive more detailed feedback about what's missing, post the full size image here.

Thank you all for your reply,
These are some of the rejected ones because of quality issues

While I realize this is intended as a sketch of sorts, there are issues with respect to how the people are rendered: no arms, funny legs, etc. Some leeway would probably be acceptable in this case, but I think arms and legs an other anatomical issues are too far removed from reality. Also, the lettering. I have a feeling these text in this image is comprised of meaningless, untranslatable symbols and poorly rendered at that.

AI is notoriously imperfect. The more complex the image is, the greater chance of AI failures.

I agree, the gibberish storefont signs must go.  Those are no value to commercial content creators.

Examine every quadrant of each image at 100-300% magnification.  Fix all errors if you can, otherwise remove it from your submission stack.

You may want to start with much simpler AI diffusions.  When you get 5 or more decent quality images to work with, combine them into a cohesive composite image.

Good luck.

In the first  image, there are many drawing errors and geometry errors.
There are also drawings errors in the second image.

same in the third image with branches intersecting each other, and the floating females figure is quite blurry.

Those are not the ones you uploaded, as they are too small.

That's not a refusal:

You simply can't add it to the collection until you upscale the image. If you upscale the image, you will also upscale the defects. So you will need to correct them first.
