What is the technical issue with this photo?

Hi. I posted this photo on adobe stock and it was rejected with technical issue.

Could some one help me understand what is the issue so i can improve my photos quality?

The color balance is way over the top -- over-saturated and too much yellow.

You should strive for more neutral white values in anything your submit to Stock. I'll let the professional colorist make color decisions when needed. That's not your job. Your job is to submit natural looking, visually and technically perfect pictures.

The focus is too soft, you have blown out highlights, and the white balance is too yellow. It also appears that you have public artwork in the scene, which would require you to get releases from the artist(s).
