Noise in the background, and I think the out-of-focus dead yellow flowers are a problem in terms of composition because it takes your eye away from the main subject!
Welcome to the forum. It appears that you're a first time visitor here. We see a lot of rejected floral images here, perhaps because new Contributors are under the impression that such images are saleable as Stock photos. Adobe Stock already has many millions of flowers of excellent quality, and unless yours is technically perfect and somehow unique, it won't be accepted. Search the database for "yellow lily" and you'll find >200,000 marches. Try to find more unique subjects to photograph !

Check out the Insights and Artist Hub tabs on your Dashboard page for info on what types of assets are selling and what Adobe Stock is looking for. The Adobe Stock Discord community also has info from Adobe Curators that may help you determine what unique content they need.
