The red object isn't entirely in focus and there are spots and debris all over the black object.

Apart from the technical problems (focus, artifacts, etc...), what is it? 

 

Put yourself in the customer's shoes.  Ask yourself, "Would I buy this image?  What would I use it for?"

If the answer to either question is "I don't know," then chances are it's not a good fit for Adobe Stock.
