Where can I access my account sales and all my images?

Where can I access my stock sales and images?

 

I have been shooting and submitting stock images for about twenty years  (SS, Getty and Fotolia).  Last week I suffered a serious injury to my brain and my memory is now very poor.   Routine tasks are now difficult and I need to relearn so many things. 

 

Any assistance is appreciated.

Fotolia has been switched off some time ago. You would indeed need to synchronize your Fotolia account with your Adobe ID. If synching does not work, and there is a good chance, that this does not work any more, you will need the help from Adobe contributor support.

Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

I suppose, however, that you will need a contributor account before you can do that.

Hi Abambo

Thanks for your assistance.
I'm still unable to access the Adobe Contributor login screen.  I have tried this on different computers and also using a VPN.  I can get to the first page you sent when but clicking on Login launches the Fotolia page again.

Is there any other way for me to access my Adobe contributor content?

Well it probably sends you to the Fotolia page, because you did not yet synchronize the Fotolia portfolio with your Adobe portfolio. You will need to have help from contributor support to get this done.

Thanks for your assistance again.  The problem I have extends to all aspects of accessing my stock content.  I can't even reach contributor support without being redirected to Fotolia.
