Read the Midjourney documentation on Prompts.

https://docs.midjourney.com/docs/prompts

Also read the Adobe Stock Requirements for Generative AI assets.

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/generative-ai-content.html

"Your Generative AI content prompts, titles or keywords:
  • May not contain names of artists, real known people, fictional characters, or reference to creative works that are still in copyright. ...
  • May not contain names of people.
  • May not imply the content is a depiction of an actual newsworthy event."

It depends on how you plan to use your Generative AI assets.

1. As an inspiration piece for your personal drawings/paintings, use any plan you wish.

2. If you intend to use AI commercially and submit to Adobe Stock, you need a Pro or Mega plan that gives you copyright ownership and allows you to use Stealth Mode to keep your artwork & prompts out of public view until you're ready to release them.

See Midjourney TERMS OF SERVICE

Hope that helps.

That is not completely accurate. You need only the Pro or Mega plan only if your yearly revenue is higher than what they state, as I quote:

Sorry, I missquoted.
"

You own all Assets You create with the Services to the fullest extent possible under applicable law. There are some exceptions:

  • Your ownership is subject to any obligations imposed by this Agreement and the rights of any third-parties.
  • If you are a company or any employee of a company with more than $1,000,000 USD a year in revenue, you must be subscribed to a “Pro” or “Mega” plan to own Your Assets.
  • If you upscale the images of others, these images remain owned by the original creators."

You will need the plan that works best for you. Adobe isn't concerned with how you create the assets, but you need to have the rights to use the assets commercially.

Adobe doesn't care how you create your AI assets, as long as they meet the quality requirements. Be sure to read all of the Adobe help, pages k. This subject.

If you're asking for tips on how to use Midjourney, this isn't the place to do so. There are Midjourney groups on Facetime among other platforms.
