It's not a mistake. That said, we are contributors like yourself and have no inside information as to why your account was deactivated. Click on the Contact Us link to request information from Adobe and wait. Hearing back from them could take days or weeks, depending on the number of investigations taking place at any given time. There are any number of reasons your account was deactivated: suspicious sales, a take down notice from someone claiming you uploaded intellectual property you had no right to use, someone complaining about the quality of one of your images they downloaded, spamming with AI images that were not being edited, etc. If it's determined you have done nothing wrong, you will get your account back; if Adobe finds its an issue you can correct, they will inform you and following corrections, you will get your account back. If it was a flagrant violation of Adobe's Terms and Conditions, your account could be permanently banned. Your only option meanwhile is to wait until you hear back from Adobe if you took advantage of the Contact Us link. Do not email them.
