Why Adobe Stock account was deactivated?

Hello. My name is Abdul Rehman. Why my Adobe Stock account was deactivated.What specifically did I violate? I always tried to follow all the rules. Could this be some kind of mistake? What should I do? How can I reactivate my account? Plz Help me.

It's not a mistake. That said, we are contributors like yourself and have no inside information as to why your account was deactivated. Click on the Contact Us link to request information from Adobe and wait. Hearing back from them could take days or weeks, depending on the number of investigations taking place at any given time. It's not a mistake. That said, we are contributors like yourself and have no inside information as to why your account was deactivated. Click on the Contact Us link to request information from Adobe and wait. Hearing back from them could take days or weeks, depending on the number of investigations taking place at any given time. There are any number of reasons your account was deactivated: suspicious sales, a take down notice from someone claiming you uploaded intellectual property you had no right to use, someone complaining about the quality of one of your images they downloaded, spamming with AI images that were not being edited, etc. If it's determined you have done nothing wrong, you will get your account back; if Adobe finds its an issue you can correct, they will inform you and following corrections, you will get your account back. If it was a flagrant violation of Adobe's Terms and Conditions, your account could be permanently banned. Your only option meanwhile is to wait until you hear back from Adobe if you took advantage of the Contact Us link. Do not email them.

I had made a request for first payment, and payment was cut from my adope stock account after three to four days my account was deactivated, will I get my payment or is it also stopped?

Whether or not your payment will be issued also depends on the outcome of the investigations. If your account is found to have had fraudulent sales, the royalties earned from those sales will be withheld.

Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity.

2) Content spamming or fraud.
3) Receipt of an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice by another party.
4) Suspected violation of Stock Contributor User Terms.

If you don't hear anything within 30 business days (check your spam folder for reply), send a follow-up inquiry from your Contributor panel.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum. We have no way of knowing the reason for your account suspension. The next step is to use the "Contact Us" link on your account page to reach out to Adobe and they will respond, though the response could take days or weeks.

Well friend, I've been waiting for a response since May this year, no message has arrived, they don't respond, they don't justify the suspension, they don't do anything. If your loss was high, perhaps a lawyer can help you.
