Indeed these "quality" rejections were probably for improperly drawn hands. That's quite likely the first place that Moderators look in AI images.

Many in one image don’t have fingers at all…or they are terribly mangled. Faces as well. The hands, toes, and face of Jesus lack sufficient detail
What about "nonsense" like bad quality?
You have aliasing, probably introduced by your upscaling.
In addition there are also other artefacts in that picture, like compression artefacts. You should start editing your assets before submitting. Editing means correcting the errors and is a good thing.
