Why have my vector files been waiting for review for over a month?

My vector files have been under review for over a month now. Normally, before May, it only took no more than 3 days. Recently, it's been unusually long. But I have asked other contributors, and many of them still have their reviews done in the usual 1-3 days. However, some people are experiencing the same issue as me, with reviews taking over a month and still ongoing. I don't understand why the review times vary so much from person to person. I've tried contacting support, but all I get is the same auto-reply message, which doesn't help at all.

I tried submitting some AI work in JPEG format, and they were approved within 3 days! But with the vector files, it's been over a month now and still no response. What's going on?

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum, and will receive no response from Adobe. Many contributors are reporting review delays of 2-3 months or even longer. There is nothing we can do to hasten the process, and unfortunately there is nothing we can do except be patient.

Dear Adobe Stock Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration with the Adobe Stock review process. I have uploaded 41 vector files and have waited for over 8 weeks, yet my files are still pending and have not been approved. This delay is incredibly disheartening, and I am finding it difficult to continue using this platform due to the lack of timely feedback or approval.

I have been patient, but the extended wait times have caused me a lot of inconvenience. Unfortunately, if this situation doesn't improve, I am considering leaving the platform entirely.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dozens of contributors are experiencing this issue. This is the case for individuals submitting vector files, jpgs, pngs, and AI. I'm not sure about other types of assets. If you read through the forum, you'll see that this issue has been ongoing, probably beginning at least two months back. There is nothing you can do to speed up the review process. You'll just need to be patient.

It's vacation season!

There are probably fewer Reviewers available right now to evaluate thousands of weekly submissions.

Be patient, work on other projects.

Your turn will come the same as everyone else ahead of you in the wait queue.

Hi @Yanapat28389452bbln ,

I must say congratulations for having jpg files reviewed within 3 day. I have not had any reviews at all for about the last two weeks. I have jpg files waiting for more than 20 days. Those of us affected are asking the same question - what's going on. Unfortunately, the answer is not likely to be known in the forum.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

Adobe has different queues for different type of work, as moderation needs are different. If in one queue more assets come in as can be moderated, waiting time increases. Waiting times of up to 8 weeks are normal.

It's probably that now more generative AI work gets submitted as vector. The same phenomena happened with JPEG files when they opened the database for generative AI.

No one can say for sure why some of your resources are reviewed quickly and some are delayed.  The regulations specify a review time of up to 8 weeks. I think the review time may depend on the current queue and the workload of inspectors. There is no way to influence the review time. We can only wait.
