Hello community, could anyone please help to answer why these photos were not accepted by technical issues. I am the beginner of Adobe Stock and still learning about all of this. Thanks for your help.

photo 1: artifacts. look at the photo at 400%. you will see the artifacts.
photo 2: not level, underexposed shadows and overexposed highlights.
picture no. 3 - I'm not sure, is there a logo on the train? Then it has to be removed.
picture no. 4 is perspective distorted, the highlights are blown out, noise in the darker areas.
#5 - leaning verticals, needs sharpening, artifacts in the sky
#6 - soft focus, noise, artifacts
It doesn't matter how many pixels per inch, the main thing is that the number of pixels is correct. 4000 x 3000 as in these photos are definitely sufficient.
