Why the photos are rejected?

Please give more specific details about photos rejection reasons. Both photos were rejected with the quality issues reason. I would appreciate any recommendation how to fix them using Photoshop/Lightroom or others.

Thank you!

Hello,

Rejected for quality issues! No surprise. The fish (?)  photo is too blue and a black blob and way underexposed!

In the second photo, what are you trying to show? What is the commercial appeal here?

Also, when enlarged to 100% or so, the actual quality of the photo isn't so good. Was it taken on a smartphone?

The first has multiple issues, besides the blue blue tint, I would mention shadow clipping, missing sharpness (what should be in focus there), artefacts:

The second has (colour) noise

and is missing sharpness. You will need probably a property release for the building.

The birds in the second photo also need to be removed.

Examine images at 100-300% magnification.  That's when flaws appear.

First image, too blue. And I have no idea what it's supposed to be.

Second.  A nice image with some white balance issues.  Also what appears to be some chromatic aberation (blue lines) on the building.
