To make your photo suitable for commercial use, details must be visible. That means having correct camera exposure setting. Also the subject need to be sharp. If the moon is the subject then the hibiscus is inappropriate in the forefront. If the hibiscus is the subject then we need to see details. It is expected that your photo should be suitable for printing. Dark areas will print black without details and will not make good sense.
I assume you use auto-focus. When there isn't enough exposure in low-light situation, it is difficult to get sharp focus. The edge of your flower is not completely sharp. Besides, with that amount of moon light, there are more details available in real life.
