So, yes, that's the end.
I don't even know why this is happening. I had no idea that in Adobe Stock, my own artwork can lead to the deletion/blocking of my account.
By @munim290086011a7d
That's not the case. There was a copyright complaint, and they have concluded, that the complaint is rightful. It's not your artwork, but copying work from other people, that leads to deletio

Your account has likely been suspended for potentially violating the Contributor Terms of Use. Contacting Adobe using the link on the screen is your only option and you've already done that. Adobe will reply most likely within a few days. There may be an investigation that could last several weeks.
Be patient, and having a professional tone in your replies can go a long way. Good luck!

Feel free to read over the Contributor Agreement while you wait, you may spot something you missed the first time.
This is the US agreement: https://www.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/legal/servicetou/Adobe_Stock_Contributor_Agreement-en_US-2...

Thanks George F.
I'm quite certain that I didn't violate any guidelines, so I'm not sure why this happened. I'm really upset because all of my designs and illustrations have been lost.

There will likely be an investigation, so not all hope it's lost at this point. One user reported getting their account back after a 4 week investigation. It just takes time to work through the process.
Be patient, give Adobe any information they request including original files etc, and try not to include swear words in your replies 🙂

Adobe answers your request, but it is not real time. Watch your spam folder too, they answer via mail.

Could you please help me understand the situation? According to the mail, my account was suspended due to the uploading of copyrighted images. However, I would like to clarify that all the images and illustrations I uploaded are my own work. As an artist i works with large amount of designs and illustrations, I'm not sure if any reference images were mistakenly uploaded. But I'm confident that I didn't upload any wrong images intentionally. I want to know why suddenly this problem happened. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in retrieving my account, as this sudden problem has been upsetting for me. Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.

We are Community Volunteers and fellow Contributors. We are unable to help you other than provide the info that we already have. We aren't Adobe Employees.
There isn't anything else to do except wait to see what Adobe decides. Assuming there is an investigation, it will take several weeks. One user who got their account back reported 4 weeks.
I hope it works out!

It may take several weeks before you get a reply. You just have to wait. Particular things that we hear about people getting blocked for include
- submitting many similar pics
- resubmitting any pic without correcting problems ("gaming the reviewers")
- submitting any pic using work by any one else, including as part of a composite
- copyright complaints
- customer complaints, especially which show rules were broken (eg upscaling, inaccurate keywords or description)
- submitting AI generative work without marking it correctly and following all the rules
- money making schemes which buy up images (or even use free trials to pay for images - believe it or not someone complained bitterly that it seemed a very reasonable thing to do).
And many things we never hear about.

An initial reply is quite fast. It explains the reason for the blocking, but does not give much details.

There are many ways to violate the copyright. You could, by example, take a photograph, and make a drawing of that photograph. This will lead to a copyright violation because the photographer has the initial copyright to the picture. You only have the copyright to your drawing. You can't use your drawing commercially without the authorization of the original copyright holder.
I even told them that 'I know as a human I can make mistakes, but they're not telling me for which image they are blocking my account

So, you copied more than one asset? No, they won't tell you what asset is faulty, and they will not take down only that one. They will simply take down your whole account.
Nobody here can help you further, so I will lock this discussion now.

Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity (possible shenanigans),
2) They received an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice from a 3rd party.
3) Suspected violation of Stock Contributor User Terms,
4) A technical problem that only Stock Support can fix.
Be patient, be cooperative. If you don't hear anything within 10 business days, send a follow-up email.
