I've written to the support, but after 3 weeks there is no answer (I can't find any reason). They blocked me when I ordered 1st payment - so be aware people.
If you contacted Adobe via the Contact Us link on your account, a Support Ticket has been created in the Contributor Support system, and they'll respond when the investigation of your account has been completed. The temporary suspension of accounts following first payment request seems to be a regular part of Adobe's process at the moment, particularly for accounts that focus on Generative AI assets. If they find nothing in your submissions or sales that violate guidelines and the Contributor Agreement, your account will be restored and the funds released.

I'm there with you. It is infuriating. At least say we are under investigation for..........no response makes you think something fishy is happening on there end. I don't make a ton of money with them, $100 or more a month or so, but with as many images in my library for them to sell, deactivating my account with no response, whose to say they are not still selling my images and not paying me? It's been over 3 months without a response. If it is AI Generative issues, does using topaz denoise for noise reduction and slight sharpening on bird pictures count? If so, all of Adobe's image processing platforms use generative AI. One thing if it is an illustration, another if it is standard image processing.

If your account has been suspended, your assets are not available online for Buyers to license. Regarding AI issues, read this help page. Using image processing apps, such as Topaz, does not require you to declare your images as Generative AI.

Thank you for sending that information. I am not even sure if that's the issue, which is the issue in general. Most of my images are of wildlife, landscapes, travel and landmarks. If there is a problem they should let me know. Have never used the generative AI that is out on Photoshop and other programs now. If I did, it would be noted. The process is the issue. If it took them the second to de-activate the account, it should take them a second to send a series of pre-made responses based on issues they have. I've been with them for over three years without issue. Might just be a misunderstanding of the new AI stuff, as Topaz has AI in the title. This is so frustatiing as I spent alot of effort to shoot, upload and put metadata on all these images. I have not had a problem in the other sites I put my images on.

I agree that it's frustrating to not know what the problem is and how long it will take to resolve it. Account suspension seems to be the only tool Adobe currently has to address any number of potential issues with an account, which is unfortunate. Given your history, and the types of assets that you upload, this is likely to be a very temporary suspension.

By @William Krumpelman
Whatever name the Topaz thing has, it is not generating content, it is enhancing existing content. So it is not generative AI.

I think there's more here that you're not telling us.
Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity,
2) They received an infringement complaint or "take down" notice from a 3rd party,
3) Suspected violation of Stock Contributor User Terms.

Good luck.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.
I've asked for several payments, and I didn't get blocked. But when your ask for payment and there are suspicious activities you get blocked. That's standard. Then, there is an investigation, and if the suspicious activity is not related to you, then your account gets unblocked.

Hello. I have encountered the same problem. As soon as I initiated a withdrawal, my account was immediately blocked and I did not receive the payments...

Has your issue been resolved? I am experiencing the same problem, and this isn't my first withdrawal request. I regularly make withdrawals, and this is the first time I've encountered such an issue.
Even though I tried to contact with them using 'Contact Us' option, I couldn't get any reply.

I don't want to create a new account. My account has been active for 3 years. There are nearly 1000 images, it will be very difficult to upload again.

Me neither, same situation, but account is 1 yo. But I don't see any solution, because I don't know the reason (maybe it's becuase of my mistakes with ai checkbox I've made a couple of times) and support doesn't answer. There are 2 ways now: forget about adobe (freepik accepts ai images) or make a new account (I think it's better to make not one).

Even if you forget checkmark Generated with Ai instead of warning they will immediately block account which is easy way to cease funds of someone others work. Imagine if 2000 person does this and how much money the cease. This is the secret business model

Don't come here with your uninformed conspiracy theories. For every $1 you make in royalties, Adobe makes $2. It makes NO SENSE for them to close down accounts that are productive and adhere to the T&C's. But if you don't play by the rules and have fraudulent sales in your account, or undeclared AI content, or content that you did not create, or poor quality content you're costing them. That's why accounts get shut down.

After a long wait, I have some good news! Adobe has reopened my account.
The reason for my account suspension was given as "Highly irregular sales activity." These downloads have been canceled, and I have been warned not to repeat them.
However, I felt like I was being punished as a creator along with the people who actually made these downloads even though I didn't do anything to increase my sales artificially.
Fortunately, after my appeals, my account was reopened.
If you are in a similar situation, don't give up! You can request to have your account reopened by emailing the communication department every week.
