Question

.zip file couldn't be uploaded because it's not a valid file type

Hello,

I need some help. When I try to upload vectors to Adobe Stock I get the following error message: .zip file couldn't be uploaded because it's not a valid file type.

I read the previous threads about this issue but I didn't find a solution.

My .zip file contains a .eps and a .jpg file (5000x5000px). I tried to change the .eps file with .ai but it didn't help.

I tried another browser and another .zip archiver but it didn't help.

I tried to clear the browser's cache but it didn't help.

Can you please help me to find a solution?

Thank you,

Fish.

This is a known issue for some contributors though I haven't been able to track down the specific cause. An effective workaround for most who have reported it is to upload the zipped files via ftp instead of the web uploader. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

What is your system and browser? I can work fine with ZIP files on my Windows 10 computers with 7Zip as the zipping software and Firefox as the browser.
